    1 bag Baby Spinach
    2 each Naval Orange – remove skin & cut into large dice – can sub mandarin orange
    8 each Strawberries – wash cit in ½ and slice
    12 each Grapes – cut in ½ longwise
    1/8 cup Dried Cranberries
    4 each Sweet Crisps broken into bite size pieces (can sub ½ cup candied nuts)
    3 oz Pomegranate Dressing
    3 -4 oz Goat Cheese – crumbled

    • In a bowl place all ingredients except goat cheese
    • Toss together with the dressing and sprinkle the goat cheese on top
