    Steak Caesar Salad:

    1/3 to 1/2 lb. cooked steak
    1 1/2 cup torn romaine lettuce
    2 Tbs. fresh grated cheese
    1 t. cracked pepper
    2 t. lemon juice
    1/2 t. Worcestershire
    1 t. balsamic vinegar
    1/4 t. dry mustard
    1 t. garlic powder
    2 T. low fat sour cream
    Combine lettuce, steak and cheese in a salad bowl and toss well. Combine lemon juice, Worcestershire, vinegar, dry mustard, garlic powder, and sour cream. Mix well and toss with the salad. Top with croutons. Serve with a spiced peach.
