List of Ingredients

1/2 head Cabbage (Shredded)
1/2 head Red Cabbage (Shredded)
2 Poblano Chiles
1 bunch Cilantro (Chopped)
3 tbsp Sweet Hot Mustard
1/2 cup Lime Juice
1 cup Canola Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste




Recipe

Whisk all ingredients except cabbage together until well blended. Pour over
cabbage & toss. Let marinate for ten minutes before serving.
