    Ingredients:

    Thicker Sliced Marble Rye
Thinly sliced Boars Head Lean Corned Beef (5 oz)
    Sliced Natural Swiss
    Sauerkraut (1/2 cup)
    2 tablespoons Butter
    2 cups Heinz Ketchup
    2 cups Hellman's Mayo
    2 hard boiled eggs diced
    2 dill pickle spears diced
    1/4 cup sweet relish

First prepare 1000 Island dressing, by mixing the ketchup, mayo, eggs, pickles, and relish, set aside. Place torn corned beef and sauerkraut, in a pan with the melted butter. Saute the corned beef, and sauerkraut, until hot, Once hot, turn down heat and place cheese on top of your mixture. Toast your Rye to your liking, some like it soft, some like it more toasted. Once toasted, butter the bread, spread the 1000 on both sides of the bread and place the meat, cheese, and sauerkraut, and cap. Stack high. Frill pick and serve as soon as possible. Enjoy!!!!
