Fall Rum Punch
60 cloves
6 oranges
1 quart dark rum
2 quarts apple cider
2/3 cup sugar
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Push 10 cloves into each orange. Put the oranges on a baking sheet. Bake at 325 until juices begin to run. Place the oranges in a large pot with a lid. Add the rum. Cook over low heat until rum is warm. Add cider and sugar. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and ignite the punch. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg after the flames have subsided. Serves 12
