    Ingredients
    8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup salted peanuts, chopped
    apple
    lemon juice
    Directions
    1Blend together cream cheese, brown sugar, vanilla and peanuts.
    2Serve with sliced apples that have been dipped in lemon juice to prevent browning.
