Winter Corn Casserole

INGREDIENTS:
2 whole eggs
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 package corn muffin mix
1 cup sour cream
½ cup butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup chopped green onion
¼ cup chopped green chiles
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together corn with liquid, muffin mix, sour cream & melted butter. Add ½ of the green onions and all fo the chiles. Pour into a 13 inch casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Top with cheddar and remaining green onion. Return to oven for 5-10 minutes. Serve warm.
