Company's Coming Potatoes

These go great with anything that comes from the grill;
8 to 10 medium potatoes
1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz)
2 cups sour cream
1/3 cup chopped chives
Salt and pepper to taste
4 T. margarine
Paprika



Recipe



Peel potatoes; boil until tender. Beat cream cheese and sour cream together.. Add potatoes and beat until smooth. Stir in chives, salt and pepper. Pour into well oiled 2 quart casserole. Dot with margarine and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 30 minutes at 350. Serves 8 to 10
Note: This special potato dish can be refrigerated for 4 to 5 days and baked as needed or cook all at once and reheat for delicious leftovers.
