    Noodles

    Recipe Introduction

My version of homemade noodles. I make them and put in the freezer.
Notes: I use 1/2 tsp. of salt for each egg and it works fine, and you can also use as many eggs as you want. I usually start out with 6-8 eggs. I let them dry (not completely dry) and place in freezer bags and freeze. That way you always have some, ready to use.
    Thanks Dorothy

    List of Ingredients

    NOODLES

    1 egg -- beaten
    1 tablespoon water
    1 teaspoon salt
    flour

    Recipe

Mix together first 3 ingredients. Add enough flour (approx. 1 cup) to make a stiff dough. Divide dough into 3 pieces. Roll each out on floured board until thin. Let cakes dry long enough so they aren't sticky. Cut into strips and stack on top of each other and cut into the size noodles you want. Spread out to dry more.

Noodles can be placed in freezer bag and frozen.
