Spicy Tuna Dumplings


tuna

togarashi
avocado
gyoza wrappers


Whip up some spicy tuna by finely dicing your tuna. Add a fair amount of siracha, sesame oil, and togarashi and mix it together. Add a couple of slices of avocado to a gyoza wrapper and also a spoonfull of spicy tuna. Close them up with a few pinches and fry them up in some veggie oil. Plate then up with a side of spicy eel sauce.
