    List of Ingredients

    Serving Size: 4

1/2 pound Italian sausage -- "Hot"
    1/2 pound lean ground beef
1 tablespoon drippings -- see directions
    1/3 cup onion -- chopped
    2 cloves garlic -- minced
32 ounces canned tomatoes -- undrained & chopped
16 ounces canned kidney beans -- drained and rinsed
    1/2 cup dry red wine
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
    1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
    3 tablespoons chili powder
    1 tablespoon honey
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/4 teaspoon celery salt
    1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
salt and pepper -- to taste

    Recipe

Remove the sausage from it's casing. Brown the sausage and ground beef in
a large skillet over medium heat.

Remove the meat and drain, reserving the measured amount of the drippings
specified in the ingredient list. Add the tablespoon of drippings back to
    the skillet.

Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes. Return the meat to the
skillet. Stir in all the remaining ingredients except for the salt and
    pepper.

Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce to simmer and cover. Simmer
for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste with salt and
    pepper.
