    Slow Cooker Beef Stew

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 lbs cubed stew meat
    1 medium onion
    5 medium potatoes
    4 carrots, sliced
    3 parsnips, sliced
    3 stalks celery, skiced thin
    6 to 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 14-ounce can diced tomatoes, juice included
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2 minced garlic cloves
    3 tsp. tapicoa
    2 tbsp cornstarch
    salt & pepper to taste (I don't use salt as bouillon has enough to suit me.)



    Recipe



    Put meat in the bottom of your crockpot. Layer with oniom, potatoes, carrots,parsnips, celery, and mushrooms.
    Add remaining ingredients, including 2 emrty diced tomato cans of water, over all.
    Cook on low about 10 hours or on high for a shorter amount of time. Stir several times during cooking.
