List of Ingredients
1 lb. Kielbaba, sliced into 1/4 inch coins
1 can (12 oz.) Iron City Beer
Dipping Sauce
1 jar Heinz Chili Sauce
1 small can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained 1/4 cup brown sugar
Recipe
Pour beer into large skillet. Bring to a simmer. Add kielbasa pieces.
Cook kielbasa 6-8 minutes on each side. Drain
Dipping Sauce
Mix all ingredients in a smaill saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium
heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve warm with
kielbasa slices.
