Weight Watchers Green and Yellow Squash Parmesan

1 t. olive oil
2/3 cup finely chopped onion
1 small garlic clove minced or 1/2 t bottled minced
1 -1/2 cups chopped zuccini (about 1 medium)
1 cup coarsely chopped yellow squash (about 1 medium)
1/2 t dried Italian seasoning
1 (14.5) oz can diced tomatoes with Italian herbs, undrained
2 T grated Parmesan cheese
Recipe
Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat until hot.
Add onion and garlic; saute 3 minutes or until tender. Add zucchini and
next 3 ingredients, stir well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, simmer 13
minutes or until squash is tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat;
sprinkle with cheese. Yield: 4 servings, 3/4 cup each
