    Weight Watchers Garlic Mashed Potatoes

    List of Ingredients

    2 lbs. baking potatoes (about 4 medium), peeled and cubed
    4 large garlic cloves, peeled and halved
    1/4 cup fat-free sour cream
    2 TBL. skim milk
    1 TBL. reduced-calorie stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Dash of ground white pepper


    Recipe

    Place potatoes and garlic in a large saucepan; add water to cover. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Drain and return potatoes and garlic to pan; beat at medium speed of a mixer 1 minute or until smooth. Add sour cream and remaining ingredients; beat until well blended.
    Yield: 4 servings
    Serving size: 1 cup
