    Weight Watchers Hot and Sour Kebabs
    Serves 4
    Weight Watcher Points - 6 Points

    4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless

    Marinade
    1/4 cup margarine
    1/4 cup peanut oil
    1 tablespoons fresh lime or lemon juice
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tablespoons crushed red pepper

    Recipe



    Melt margarine, add oil and remaining marinade ingredients. simmer to blend flavors. Pour marinade over chicken cubes, refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Discard marinade. Thread chicken on skewers, broil or grill over charcoal until done.
