    Weight Watchers Oriental Barbecued Chicken
    Makes 4
    Weight Watchers Points - 4 Points

    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
    1/2 cup Hoisin sauce
    1 tablespoon sesame oil
    1 tablespoon tomato paste
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    2 cloves garlic, crushed

    Recipe



    Set oven control to broil. Trim fat from chicken breast halves; place on rack in broiler pan. Mix remaining ingredients; brush on chicken.

    Broil with tops about 4 inches from heat 7 to 8 minutes or until brown; turn. Brush with sauce. Broil 4 to 5 minutes longer or until chicken is done. Heat remaining sauce to boiling. Serve over chicken.
