    Serving size – 1/2 cup
    Weight Watcher Points – 0 Points

    1 tablespoon poppy seeds
    1/4 tsp dry mustard
    2 tablespoons water
    1 tsp finely grated onion
    3 tablespoons Equal® Spoonful™
    2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    4 tablespoons plain 2% yogurt

    Recipe



    In glass measure, combine poppy seeds, mustard, water and onion juice. Microwave at High (100%) 30 seconds or just until mixture bubbles.

    Stir in Equal and vinegar. Cool slightly. Stir in yogurt. Store in refrigerator up to 5 days.

    Makes 1/2 cup dressing.
