    ~ A Thanksgiving morning tradition! ~

    List of Ingredients




    2 1/2 cups flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 lb. butter, softened
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsps. vanilla

    Recipe



    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.

    Cream sugar and butter together till light and fluffy.

    Add eggs one at a time. Beat well.

    Add vanilla.

    Add to flour mixture and blend well.

    Mix baking soda with sour cream and combine into flour mixture.

    Pour 1/2 batter into greased Angel Food cake pan.

    Topping:

    Mix walnuts, brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Sprinkle 1/2 of this mixture over batter.

    Add rest of batter and top with remainder of topping.

    Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min.

    Allow 15 min. to cool before removing from pan.
