    1 egg
    2/3 cup sugar
    3 heaping Tbs. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    Dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 cup apples, diced
    1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped nuts

    Recipe



    Beat egg well.
    Add sugar, flour, salt and baking powder and mix well.
    Add vanilla and stir well.
    Fold in apples and nuts.

    Bake in greased pie plate at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

    Serve hot or cold, plain or with whipped cream or ice cream.

    Serves 4 or 5.
