The best cake ever!
List of Ingredients
4 Tb. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
6 Tb. oil.
1 Tb. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup cold water
Frosting:
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/2 box confectioner's sugar
1 Tb. milk (or more if needed)
1 tsp. vanilla
Recipe
To make the cake:
Mix till well blended in 8" x 8" pan:
4 Tb. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar

Make 3 holes in dry ingredients.
In one hole put 6 Tb. oil.
In the second hole, put 1 Tb. vinegar
In the third hole, put 1 tsp. vanilla
Pour 1 cup cold water over all and mix well with fork.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
Cool completely before frosting.

Butter cream frosting:
Beat frosting ingredients well till creamy and smooth.
Use more milk (sparingly) if needed.
