List of Ingredients
1 lb. cut up fish
2 Tb. butter or margarine
6 Tb. chopped onion
6 Tb. chopped celery
1 cup carrots
1/4 cup flour
1 dash paprika
1 - 10 oz. can chicken bouillon
3 cups milkRecipe
Saute onions in butter until transparent.
Add flour, bouillon, milk, paprika, celery and carrots.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Add 1 lb. cut up fish.
Cook 5-10 minutes more.
Add 1 cup shredded cheese if desired.
