    1 cup sifted flour
    1/4 cup rolled oats
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup chopped nuts
    1 12-oz jar butterscotch ice cream topping
    1 qt chocolate ice cream

    Recipe



    Combine flour, oats, brown sugar; cut in butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts. Pat mixture into 12 x 9 x 2" pan. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees. Stir whilewarm to crumble; cool. Spread half topping in 9 x 9 x 2" pan; drizzle half butterscotch topping over crumbs. Spread ice cream carefully into pan. Drizzle with remaining topping, sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Freeze.
    Serves 8.
