    Sausage Making Cookbook

    South African sausage, tried and good. Tastes like a Bacon Hamburger. I slit cooked links open length-wise and melted cheese on it. VERY good, easy recipe.

    List of Ingredients




    3# beef,
    2# slab bacon
    1 tsp. Black Pepper, ground
    1 tsp. Salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. Coriander seed
    1/4 Pint white Vinegar

    Recipe



    Coarse grind meats with seasonings. (grind with 3/8" plate).
    Stuff into Hog Casings.
