    Bratwurst, or Brats are a very popular German sausage. Barbecued, they are a very popular Tailgating sausage and
    also popular at Baseball games throughout the country.

    List of Ingredients




    4# Pork Butt, ground in 1/4" grinder plate
    2# Veal, ground in 1/4" grinder plate
    1/2 tsp. Allspice
    1 tsp. Carraway seeds
    1 tsp. Marjoram, dried
    1 1/2 tsp. White pepper
    3 tsp Salt
    1 Cup COLD water

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients and mix WELL, and re-run through 1/4" grinder plate again. Stuff into hog casings.
    Either freeze or use immediately.
