    My own recipe for venison (deer meat) sausage. VERY tasty, easy and you'll like it too.

    List of Ingredients




    2 1/2 # Venison, ground in 1/4" plate
    2 1/2 # Pork butt, ground in 1/4" plate
    1/4# Butter (no sub)
    1 TBLS salt
    3 tsp. Black pepper, finely ground fresh
    1 TBLS Cayenne pepper
    6 cloves fresh Garilc, pressed fine
    1/4 tsp sage, ground
    1 cup COLD water

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients well and stuff into hog casings.
    You can either bake , broil or fry this sausage. Does NOT smoke good(due to butter).
