    List of Ingredients




    1 cup Butter Crisco or real butter
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 cups sugar
    1Tbsp vanilla
    2 cups flour
    1 Tbsp salt
    1 Tbsp baking soda
    6 real ripe bananas




    Recipe



    Mix flour, salt and baking soda. In separate bowl cream eggs, shortening and sugar. Add vanilla...cut in flour mixture, then bananas...with dates or nuts. Pour into loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 3 large loaves.
