    Tupperware's Microwave Cake

    1 cake mix (2 layer size)
    3 eggs
    1 can (19 oz.) fruit pie filling

    Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well blended.

    Insert cone into 3 quart TUPPERWAVE casserole, spread batter evenly into mould.

    Let stand 5 to 10 minutes.

    Cook on HIGH for 12 minutes. If your microwave does not have a turntable, you need to rotate the cake 1/4 turn every 3 minutes.

    Let stand 5 minutes. Invert onto cooling rack.

    Glaze as desired.

    VARIATIONS:

    Chocolate cake mix with cherry pie filling.

    Caramel cake mix with apple pie filling. Cut apples into small chunks (thumbnail size) and add 3/4 tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg.
