    I found this recipe for a wheat intolerant friend and now everyone loves these.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup quinoa flour
    1/2 cup butter cut in tbsp. size chunks
    2/3 cup Ghirardelhi semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 large eggs
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 cup pecan pieces

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and butter an 8x8" baking pan.

    In a small bowl, measure out quinoa flour. Set aside.

    In a medium saucepan, melt butter and chocolate chips over medium heat, stirring until chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.

    In a large bowl, using electric mixer, beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale; beat in chocolate mixer (just a small amount at first), vanilla and salt. Add flour and stir just until blended. Fold in nuts.

    Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes, until just set and the edges are starting to pull away from the sides of the pan. Cool in the pan on a wire rack. Can be served as 9 squares or 8 rectangles with Cherry or Caramel sauce, Ice Cream or whipped cream.
