    Pasta Chili Cha Cha

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound lean ground beef
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 can (19 oz./796 ml.) whole tomatoes
    1 can (19 oz./796 ml.) red kidney beans
    1 can (14 oz./398 ml.) tomato sauce
    1 can (14 oz./398 ml.) whole kernal corn, drained
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 of a 375 gram package medium egg noodles
    1 cup shredded extra old cheddar cheese

    Recipe



    In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onion. Drain fat.

    Add remaining ingredients except cheese.

    Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occaisionally.

    Cook pasta according to pacakage directions; drain.

    Toss meat mixture with hot noodles and serve topped with cheddar cheese.

    Serves 4.
