Chocolate Oatmeal Boil Cookies

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 stick butter or margarine
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 1/2 c. quick cook oats
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
Recipe
In large stock pot, mix sugar, milk, butter, and cocoa. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from heat and immediately add quick cook oats, vanilla, and peanut butter. Blend well. Drop large spoonfuls onto wax paper and allow to cool. Cookies will set up shortly. Once set, store in sealed container.
