    List of Ingredients




    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    1 c. shredded parmesan cheese (reserve half)
    1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1 10 3/4 oz. can of cream of mushroom soup
    1 3 1/2 oz. can sliced mushrooms (drained) or fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
    1/4 c. diced onions
    1/4 c, diced green onions
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
    7 oz. vermicelli or spaghetti, cooked

    Recipe



    Spray a 13 X 9 pan with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl and pour into the prepared dish. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour the remaining half of parmesan cheese over the top and cook 15 minutes longer.
