Hot Artichocke Spinach Dip

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped or artichocke salad
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 5 oz. frozen spinach, drained and chopped
- 3/4 cup of parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp of roasted garlic, minced (see note below)
- Chopped tomatoes (optional)
- Parsely (for garnish)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients until throughly mixed. Put into a baking dish.
- Bake for 22 minutes at 375 degrees, until slightly brown.
- Garnish with chopped tomatoes, parsely, and additional parmesan cheese (optional)
Final Comments
Since roasting garlic takes too long, I just use regular (raw) garlic.
