    Recipe Introduction


    Very good cookies.

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup Shortening
    1 cup White Sugar
    1 cup Brown Sugar{cream sugars and shortening together}
    2 Eggs, beaten
    1 teaspoon Vanilla
    1-1/2 cups Flour
    1 teaspoon Soda
    1 teaspoon Salt
    3 cups Oatmeal
    1/2 cup Nuts

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees on a greased cookie sheet.

    FROSTING:
    2 cups Powdered Sugar
    2 teaspoons Cinnamon
    1 teaspoon Vanilla
    6 tablespoons Butter
    2 tablespoons Coffee
    Blend ingredients together and frost cookies.
