    Dried Fig, Brie and rosemary bites

    List of Ingredients


    • 8-12 large plump dried figs
    • 2-3 oz Brie, cut into small pieces
    • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
    • 1tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
    • sea salt, to taste
    • ground pepper, to taste


    Instructions


    1. If the figs are very dry, plump them in boiling water for 5-10minutes.
    2. Drain and cool them.
    3. Trim the stems and make a slit in the side of each fig.
    4. Push a piece of Brie into each fig.
    5. Place in a bowl and toss gently with olive oil, rosemary, salt and pepper.
    6. Serve at room temperature or heat in a 350 degree oven until warm and cheese melts, about 8 minutes.
