    Dishpan Cookies

    This makes a lot of cookies but they keep well and are freezable. Dishpan refers to the fact that you need a very large bowl to mix these in.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 c. brown sugar
    • 2 c. sugar
    • 2 c. oil
    • 4 eggs
    • 4 c.flour
    • 2 t. soda
    • 4 c. corn flakes
    • 1&1/2 c. quick oats
    • 2 t. vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Cream sugars,oil,eggs,and vanilla.
    2. Add flour and soda.
    3. Stir in cereals.
    4. Form into small balls and place on greased sheets.
    5. Bake at 350 for 8-10 min.


    Final Comments


    Makes 8-12 doz. depending on size
