Impossible Tuna and Cheddar Pie

- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cans solid white tuna in water, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup Bisquick
- pepper to taste
- sliced tomatoes
Instructions
- Cook onion and celery in butter until soft.
- Sprinkle tuna and half the cheese in bottom of a greased pie plate or casserole dish.
- Place remaining ingredients, except tomatoes, in blender and blend on high for 15 seconds.
- Pour into baking dish and bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Top with remaining cheese and tomatoes. Bake 5 minutes longer until cheese is melted.
