    Impossible Tuna and Cheddar Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 1 cup chopped celery
    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 2 cans solid white tuna in water, drained
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • 3 eggs
    • 1/4 cup milk
    • 1 cup Bisquick
    • pepper to taste
    • sliced tomatoes


    Instructions


    1. Cook onion and celery in butter until soft.
    2. Sprinkle tuna and half the cheese in bottom of a greased pie plate or casserole dish.
    3. Place remaining ingredients, except tomatoes, in blender and blend on high for 15 seconds.
    4. Pour into baking dish and bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    5. Top with remaining cheese and tomatoes. Bake 5 minutes longer until cheese is melted.
