    Center icing for pumpkin roll cake


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 box powdered sugar
    • 8 oz cream cheese
    • 4 tbs butter
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Cream together cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Then gradually add sugar. Spread onto cooled cake. Carefully roll cake and loosening it from the towel into a jelly roll.
