    Porky Pork Spread

    Porky Pork Spread

This is excellant with crackers, it isn't a real recipe either, because I have no exact measurements as it is different every time....depending on the pork used. It is easy though and I am sure anyone can figure it out.It is great on crackers as an appetizer or on bread as a sandwich.

1 lb. cooked and crumbled ground pork
1 4 oz. pkg. finely shredded swiss
1/2 samll onion very finely diced
Here are the tricky ingredients and mostly they are to your taste:
    mayo or miracle whip
    sweet relish

Cook and crumble pork,(not sausage)drain well and cool, when cool add relish onion and dressing, mix, add cheese, if this seems dry add more mayo and maybe some relish, it will dry more in the fridge as well, so if it is a little moist don't worry.Refrigerate and serve when chilled.
