    Daddy's Cheese Rolls

This is a great cheese log to serve with Ritz crackers!! Others will work but not as well as the Ritz!! Can make up to 5 logs depending on how big you make them!! TIP: This recipe is one that depends on how little or how much you like the taste of Worcheshire and garlic salt.

    List of Ingredients

    • 1 lb. room temperature shredded Sharp cheddar cheese
    • 1 lb. room temperature shredded Jack cheese
    • 1 lb. room temperature shredded Colby cheese
    • 2 boxes cream cheese (best if still slightly firm)
    • 1 bottle Worcheshire Sauce
    • Garlic salt
    • up to 3 cups of crushed walnuts
    • paprika

    Instructions

    1. Layer 1 small part of each cheese then shred a portion of your cream cheese on top. Sprinkle with the sauce and garlic salt. Do this step until all cheeses are gone.
    2. Use your hands to mash all cheeses and worcheshire sauce and garlic salt into one big soft easy to roll loaf.
    3. Spread out a piece of aluminum foil covered with nuts and paprika. Take individual sections of the cheeses and form into a half dollar width sized rolls. Roll on the nut and paprika covered foil.
    4. Each individual log can be wrapped in almuninum foil and placed in fridge for immediate use or frozen.

    Final Comments

You need to love cheese and worcheshire sauce to enjoy this roll, and make sure you use ritz crackers.
