    A festive looking and great tasting blend of cheeses.

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped
    3-(5oz)pkgs. Bleu or Roquefort cheese
    1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, room temperature
    1/4t garlic salt
    2T chopped green pepper
    2T chopped pimento

    Recipe



    Blend cheeses, stir in garlic salt, green pepper and pimento. Chill until firm. Shape into a ball and roll in nuts. Chill until serving time.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
