    Garlic-Cheese French Bread

    This is a cheese fondue and bread in one! Great for
    a light lunch or dinner with a crispy green salad.

    List of Ingredients




    1 large loaf French Bread
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
    2-3 cloves garlic, finely minced
    1/4 cup half and half (use more if too dry)
    2T fresh parsley, minced

    Recipe



    Cut bread vertically, but not all the way through, into
    1-1/2" thick slices.
    Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Pat between
    bread slices. Wrap loaf in foil, and bake until cheese is
    melted and bread is heated through, about 20 minutes.
