You can have hot rolls in a little over an hour. These are from my friend Nell Ward.
List of Ingredients
2-1/2 cups Bisquick
1 pkg. dry yeast
Recipe
Dissolve yeast in 3/4 cup warm water. Stir in Bisquick and beat vigorously. Turn onto floured board and knead about 30 strokes until smooth. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 10 minutes. (I use the heating pad, turned on low with a towel folded on top.)
Make 2 balls. Roll each ball into a 12 inch circle and cut like a pie with a pizza cutter. Roll wedges into horns by starting with the wide end. Place on greased cookie sheet, point side down.
Cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled. Bake at 400 degrees F for 10-15 minutes. Brush with butter while warm.
