    Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

    Recipe Introduction

    This is a wonderful casserole for family or that potluck, lunch or dinner.

    List of Ingredients

    2 whole, skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
    Dry Bread Crumbs
    1 egg, mixed with 1/2 cup milk
    8oz. Swiss cheese, cubed
    2 cups cooked ham, diced in small pieces
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup milk

    Recipe

    Dip chunks of chicken in egg and milk mixture, then into the bread crumbs, coating well. Brown in a little vegetable oil until golden.
    Place chunks of chicken in a baking dish; add cubes of Swiss
    cheese and small pices of ham.
    Mix soup with 1 cup milk, mixing well. Pour over the chicken and ham.
    Bake at 350 degress for about 30-35 minutes, or until tender and bubbly.
    Makes 4-6 servings

    If you are watching your egg intake, dip chicken in buttermilk and then in bread crumbs. This works well, too.
