    Lemon Dressing For Vegetables

    I keep this in my refrigerator to use on all the fresh vegetables in the summertime.

    List of Ingredients




    1/4c fresh lemon juice
    1/4t paprika
    1/4c vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1/2t salt
    1T onion, finely minced

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Shake well before using. Serve over fresh cooked vegetables.
