Moist Chocolate Cake

This cake is very moist it will melt in your mouth.
List of Ingredients
2 cups sugar
one half cup shortening
2 eggs, well beaten
2 squares chocolate melted
1 cup boiling water
one half cup buttermilk
2 cups sifted cake flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
one fourth teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
Cream sugar and shortening. Add well beaten eggs, then the melted chocolate while hot.
Sift dry ingredients and add to above mixture alternately with milk. Add vanilla and the boiling water. Stir until smooth. (You can substitute one half cup cocoa dissolved in enough hot water to make a paste for chocolate.)Frost with chocolate or white frosting.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
