    Recipe Introduction


    The cinnamon and nutmeg make for delicious tasting Griddle Cakes. The wheat germ makes them bulky and filling.

    Beat together at medium speed of electric mixer for one minute:

    1 1/2 c. wheat germ
    2 1/4 c. milk (I always use whole)
    3 eggs
    6 T. canola oil
    1 1/4 c. All-Purpose flour
    4 t. baking powder
    1 T. sugar
    1 1/2 t. salt
    1/2 t. cinnamon
    1/4 t. ginger
    1/8 t. nutmeg

    Bake on hot griddle.
