A blast from the past, but actually a very different take on a classic.





List of Ingredients



• 1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  
• 1 box lemon jello
  
• 1/2 pint sour cream
  
• 2 tbls. mayonaisse
  
• 1 carrot, diced fine.
  
• 2 tbls. vinegar
  






Instructions



1. Drain pineapple juice into a large measuring cup. Add vinegar and enough boiling water to make almost two cups.Dissolve with lemon jello.
   
2. Add sour cream, mayonaisse, pineapple, salt and pepper, and carrots.
   
3. Toss and pour into jello mold sprayed with Pam.
