Even Better Beef Stew

List of Ingredients



• 2- 3 lbs. stew meat or pot roast
  
• 1 1/2 cup dry red wine
  
• 1/2 cup water
  
• 4 tbls flour
  
• 1 package beef stew mix
  
• 2 tbls worchestire sauce
  
• 2 teas paprika
  
• 1 medium onion, sliced
  
• 3 celery stalks, chopped
  
• 6 cloves of garlic, minced.
  






Instructions



1. Cut any visible fat from meat. Place in crockpot.
   
   
2. Mix wine, water, flour, stew mix, paprika and worchestire. Whisk well.
   
   
3. Add garlic, onions and celery to sauce. Pour over meat.
   
   
4. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Serve with potatoes or pasta.
   
   






Final Comments


You can use frozen beef and increase cooking time to 10-12 hours.
