    1 package of cream cheese
    1 tsp grated orange rind
    2 TBS confectioners sugar
    3 TBS orange juice
    Few grains of salt

    Recipe



    Mash cream cheese with a fork, add orange rind, sugar, and salt. Add orange juice slowly, creaming thoroughly. Spread on gingerbread.
